SCREENING - ASSESSMENT

When a blind candidate comes to Visionary Media, they undergo our intake process where we interview and collect information on their skills, employment history, goals, and expectations. We assess their skills and work with them to determine the appropriate plan of action.

TRAINING MENTORSHIP

All members receive one-on-one training sessions with one or more seasoned, industry professionals. This connection establishes real-world expectations for the blind individual and introduces them to someone who can help launch their career.

COMMUNITY NETWORKING - EMPLOYMENT

Visionary Media talent are given the opportunity to attend workshops and are encouraged to collaborate on projects with other Visionary Media members that are facilitated by industry professionals. Once our members are job-ready, we make the appropriate introductions through our expansive network that result in consideration or placement. Our relationship with our talent never ends and we continue to help them grow throughout their career. Every blind person that becomes successful in a creative industry helps us break stereotypes and gives hope and a dream for future generations.
